Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming calls and other communications.
- Maintain an organized filing system for documents and records.
- Record and update information as needed.
- Greet clients and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner.
- Assist in updating paperwork, maintaining documents, and word processing.
- Help organize and maintain cleanliness in office common areas.
- Perform general office clerk duties and run errands as required.
- Coordinate travel arrangements by booking accommodation and reservation needs.
- Assist in coordinating events as necessary.
- Monitor and maintain office supply inventory.
