Job Description: Software Developer

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Write “clean”, well-designed code with the required functionality/module.
• Troubleshoot, test, and maintain the core product software and databases to ensure strong optimization and functionality.
• Ensure HTML, CSS, and shared JavaScript are valid and consistent across applications.
• Test the site/page for every conceivable error and get feedback from the QA.
• Write efficient Database Queries to speed up the modules/components.
• Keep track of your development branches and consistently update your ongoing development with the master branch (live project) to avoid inconvenience at deployment time.
• Coordinate with co-developers and keep the project manager well informed of the status of development effort and serve as a liaison between development staff and the project manager.
• Maintain responsiveness of the modules/components over all browsers/devices.

Required Skills:

• Proven 2 years of software development experience in PHP.
• 2 years proven experience of CodeIgniter Framework.
• Demonstrable knowledge of web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, etc.
• Good knowledge of relational databases, version control tools i.e., Git, and of developing web services.
• Experience in common third-party APIs (Payment Gateways, SMS APIs, etc.).
• Passion for best design and coding practices and a desire to develop new bold ideas.
• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related subject.

Skills Required:

• JavaScript, HTML, CodeIgniter, PHP

Salary: PKR 80,000 to 100,000 PKR

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs110,000.00 per month
