Job Title: Operations Manager (Remote)

We are a rapidly growing US-based transportation company providing ambulance, wheelchair, taxi, and vehicle maintenance services. With multiple locations, we are dedicated to delivering exceptional service to our clients.

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team. This individual must have a strong background in operations and management, extensive experience with Excel, and the ability to thrive in high-pressure environments. As the Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in adhering to our operating budget and financial goals, executing projects efficiently, influencing strategic decisions, and resolving operational issues.

Responsibilities:

• Adhere to the operating budget, financial goals, and objectives of the company.
• Execute projects efficiently and in an organized manner, ensuring accountability.
• Influence strategic decisions related to business operations.
• Resolve operational issues and analyze workflow to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with the CEO on various responsibilities, ranging from basic tasks to complex projects.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Fluent English language skills (speaking, writing, and reading).
• Strong work ethic with the ability to go above and beyond expectations.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities.
• Comfortable working in a high-pressure environment with attention to detail.

Additional Information:

• This is a remote position, requiring availability during US EST (New York) hours.
• Job types: Full-time, Part-time
• Pay: Rs175,000.00 - Rs250,000.00 per month
• Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
