Position: Office Boy

Location: Bahria Town Phase 7, Rawalpindi

Responsibilities:

Office Maintenance:

• Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the office premises daily.
• Regularly clean and organize common areas, including the kitchen and restrooms.
• Monitor and replenish office supplies, such as stationery and toiletries.

Tea and Refreshments:

• Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
• Maintain kitchen areas, ensuring utensils are cleaned and stored appropriately.

Errands and Outside Tasks:

• Run errands, such as delivering documents, packages, or picking up supplies from vendors.
• Assist in setting up meeting rooms and arranging furniture for various office events.

Lunch Support:

• Coordinate and facilitate lunch arrangements for staff as required.
• Assist in managing catering services for meetings or events.

Communication:

• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with colleagues, clients, and vendors.
• Report any maintenance issues or concerns promptly to the appropriate personnel.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience as an Office Boy or in a similar role.
• Ability to efficiently manage cleaning tasks and maintain an organized workspace.
• Basic understanding of office operations and procedures.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physical fitness for tasks involving lifting and moving office supplies.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Familiarity with office equipment and appliances.
